ACEP Awards!

A huge contratulations to both Charlotte Wills, MD, Dennis Hsieh, MD, JD, and Ben Morressey, MD for their achievements at the ACEP Scientific Assembly in Denver, CO!

Charlotte Wills, having won the SAEM CPC Presentation semi-finals, competed at ACEP this year, winning the CPC National Finals!

Dennis Hsieh and Ben Morressey, current interns, were both awarded the ACEP National Outstanding Medical Student Award. This award is only given to 6 students nationally, and 2 are in our intern class! 

Dennis was honored a second time, as the and he was the recipient of the EMRA Local Action Grant for his proposed pilot project to bring legal and social aid to patients in the ED.
